A minimum of 1 year current Security experience, combined with exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills is required.

Primary Response is hiring Licensed Security Guards, with a minimum of 2 years Canadian experience.
Preference is given to individuals with experience in the following:
- Familiar with amenity booking i.e. elevator reservation, party room reservations;
- Fire alarm procedures in a residential high-rise and knowledge on the building mechanical systems;
- Knowledge of the common computer systems i.e. Protégé, Continuum (access control software), Enterphone systems i.e. Mech7, Door king CCTV i.e. reviewing pre recorded footage, copy footage to hard drive or CD and concierge operating systems i.e. Front desk, Buildinglink;
- Working knowledge with Word and Excel;
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment;
- Strong report writing skills;
